Here's a great site for college student leadership skills

So you've been elected, or drafted to take on a leadership position on or off campus. You wonder what you are in for, and how to handle the responsibilities. Relax. Here is a link to the Leadership Skills Tip Sheet  prepared by the Holden Leadership Center at the University of Oregon. You'll find "information that will start your thinking so you can avoid some of the common pitfalls and get a smooth start in your new position."
